About the Speaker:
Jessica Stollings-Holder is a speaker, trainer, author and researcher who empowers leaders to see differences differently.
She has delivered innovative, practical results to organizations across the U.S., helping them transform what most see as impediments into improvements. The dissimilarities that make teams unique, she believes, are the fuel that makes teams successful.
Jessica’s generational diversity research and approach have been spotlighted in trade publications, including SHRM, Ragan/PR Daily and The Chronicle of Higher Education. Her work in partnership with a client sparked new experiential training honored as one of top 120 trainings in the world by Training Magazine.
Jessica’s passion for bridging gaps was ignited by her leadership roles in talent development, human resources and corporate communications for Alpha Natural Resources -- then a Fortune 500 company -- where she developed its first corporate university.
Jessica’s skills as a communicator led to her serving as a news reporter and producer for a Focus on the Family radio show heard by more than 2 million listeners each week.
Jessica graduated from King University, where she captained the volleyball team as an academic all-American – where she was honored alongside professional and Olympic athletes. She is also a graduate of Leadership Tennessee Class V.
