The Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry invites you to join us for an exciting workshop and luncheon to celebrate the strength and power of women in business.

*Keynote speaker:  Christa Pitts is the co-CEO of Creatively Classic Activities and Books, the publishing company behind the best-selling Christmas classic The Elf on the Shelf®: A Christmas Tradition.   Prior to creating a successful career in the publishing world, Pitts was a host on QVC, where her warmth and enthusiasm made her a household name. She put her skills to the test at CCA&B, building the marketing and sales departments from the ground up.
 
Since its launch in 2005, the Christmas tradition snowballed to a multi-million dollar franchise.   In 2012, thanks to Pitts and her team, The Elf on the Shelf® was unveiled at the Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® and remains the tallest character balloon in the parade’s history.   Today Pitts guides the strategic business vision of the company and oversees the operational side of the company, which includes sourcing, production and sales strategy.

*Afternoon speaker: Jen Mulford - Jen Mulford is an entrepreneur, coach, speaker, author and champion for personal freedom.  Jen is the owner of Zone Conditioning™, Psycle Zone™,Psycle Nutrition™, PsycleCEO™ authored the book 4-Clean Eating Kick Start, and was honored with the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year award for 2018. Jen enjoys inspiring individuals and groups with her no-nonsense coaching style.
