Meet the Speakers from Frost Brown Todd LLC:
Michael Ewing, J.D. – Michael has helped employers in a variety of industries defend against unfair labor practice charges and numerous grievance arbitrations, in addition to advising them generally on their rights and obligations under the NLRA.
Jessica Lingo, J.D. - Jessica represents employers in connection with union grievances and arbitrations. She has worked with employers in a wide variety of industries, but has devoted much of her time to heavy manufacturing.
John Lovett, J.D. – Lovett has successfully defended employers in over 60 union organizing campaigns.
Mekesha Montgomery, J.D. – Montgomery represents management in responding to union organizing and other union issues in fields as diverse as metal manufacturing, professional sports and symphony orchestras.
